A few months ago, we told you change was coming… and now it’s here! After 28 years of serving you in the evenings, Carlitos is reopening from 9:30am on Wednesday, August 7th with a fresh look, exciting new menus, and a whole new daytime experience.
We’ve swapped late-night dinners for vibrant breakfasts, brunches, and lunches — full of fresh flavours, local produce, and creative twists — while keeping the same quality, passion, and care you’ve always loved.
And starting Monday, August 12th, we’re excited to offer a new range of takeaway options, including fresh sandwiches, hearty soups, homemade desserts, refreshing açaí bowls, and great coffee — perfect for life on the go.
To help us focus on getting the new business up and running, our evening service will remain paused for now — thank you so much for your continued support and understanding.
Declan & Carmel are still here in the kitchen, the heart of Carlitos is still beating strong, and your warm welcome is guaranteed.
